What buyers check first

Quality, price and the dispatch date — in that order.

Three questions decide whether a wholesale order goes ahead. The site answers all three before anyone fills in a form.

01

Grade consistency

A mixed lot is a pricing problem: one brighter strand sets the expectation for the whole carton. We quote A and AA separately and photograph the lot that will actually ship, so your customer sees what you approved.

02

Price at volume

Unit price alone does not tell you the margin. Quotes are built per line — bead size, grade, quantity, packing — so you can compare landed cost instead of a headline number.

03

Dispatch date

Stock lines are quoted with a dispatch window at the time of order. Made-to-order lines are given a written date before any deposit is paid.

Our own workshop

Polished, graded and strung on site.

The stones are not bought in finished and relabelled. Polishing equipment, hand-grading benches and packing sit in one building in the Ketang industrial park.

  • Beads polished and sorted at our own benches.
  • Grades A and AA set by hand, lot by lot.
  • Lot photos before dispatch, packed by SKU.

How an order is quoted

A quote you can check line by line.

No catalogue pricing that changes at checkout. Every order is quoted from the requirement you send.

  1. 01

    Send the requirement

Collection, bead size, grade, quantity and the date you need it. A target price band helps us quote the right grade instead of the top of the range.

  2. 02

    Get a line-by-line quote

Each SKU priced separately, with packing and delivery stated. If a line cannot hit your target, we say so rather than substituting a cheaper stone silently.

  3. 03

    Approve the actual lot

Photos of the lot that will ship, on white and in daylight. You approve the batch, not a catalogue image.

  4. 04

    Dispatch against a written date

Packing, labelling and documents confirmed before the carton leaves. Restocks are quoted against the same SKU references.

Specification reference

What a standard line looks like.

Use this as the baseline. Bead size, grade and packing can be changed per order, and the quote is adjusted to match.

Treatment status is confirmed per lot rather than assumed from the catalogue name. If your market needs a particular disclosure, say so in the enquiry and it is priced with the order.
