Our workshop
Polished, sorted and strung in Ketang — not bought in and relabelled.
Ketang Town in Shanwei is one of China's main crystal-processing clusters, and our workshop sits in the industrial park there. Beads are polished, graded by hand, strung and photographed on site before they are packed for export.

Polishing equipment, grading benches and packing all sit in this building. If you want to send an inspector or a courier, the address is on this page.

How an order is made
Four steps, all done at the workshop.
This is the sequence the photos above are showing, run in our own workshop.
01
Polish
Beads are tumbled and polished on site before they are graded. The polishing floor is in the building shown above — not a partner we resell through.
02
Sort by hand
At the benches, each lot is divided into A and AA by the feature that stone is bought for — rutile density, flash, inclusion coverage.
03
String and finish
Double elastic with a knotted join. Bead count and strand length are checked against the line specification.
04
Photograph and pack
The lot is photographed before dispatch and packed grouped by SKU, so the carton matches what you approved.
Also in production
The stones we handle beyond the three core collections.
Name a stone and we will tell you whether it is in stock or made to order. These photographs are from our own lots.
